Channel your inner winemaker at this interactive and imbibing blending party in the Crux Barrel Room.Spend the afternoon with Steve and Brian tasting barrel samples of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. We'll evaluate these individual varietals, the vintage, and our intention for crafting the perfect GSM Blend. Next, we'll set you loose to craft your own perfect blend, learn how tweaks in the blend transform the end product, and gain a better understanding of your own palate.Seating is very limited – A box lunch is included as is a custom bottle of your favorite GSM Blend. Join us for our newest experience focused around Grenache. Taste four Grenache wines – our Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Rosé, and GSM – and walk the vineyard with us to see the vines and the grapes that make the wines. Starts at 11am. Cost is $50 per person. Location will be provided with your confirmed reservation.
